Beyond a training plan, review and reflection of your running history helps you achieve your goals.

The purpose of this journal is to help you review and reflect on your running history so you may better see and explore patterns of success, and opportunities for improvement and be joyful and appreciative that you are indeed a runner.

History of My Running journal gives you 3-4 months to capture your running (there are 84 run record pages for tracking, which equates to a 12-week training plan) in each volume/journal.

The idea is to finish one journal (Volume 1) and continue to the next volume and beyond to build your running history. You are building and documenting your running history and adventures!
